Reason, Purpose and Self Esteem

Welcome to my blog. Here, I commit my thoughts to the permanence of writing. Here, I submit myself to the criticisms of other people and my future selves. Here, I condense my individuality and thus provide a record of my identity.

As the internet becomes more ubiquitous, the practice of cyber checking-out will become more widespread. Hence, I write this with the full knowledge that people whom I barely know or even prospective employers will find this blog with the power of search engines. To these people, note that not everything that I have ever written is representative of my current thoughts, especially since this blog contains many years worth of writing. A further word of caution: if you think you are going to be offended by what you’re going to read, DON’T. Rest assured that this is not a blog of nonsensical hate mongering, but I am generally not a person who is sensitive to people's feelings. I am not one to mince my words, and I state plainly what I think. By choosing to read this blog, you are consenting to undertaking the risk of being offended. I will not be held responsible for any emotional upheaval or trauma you might have after reading this.
